The APS-RTx PL31-BR20120FL is a 2.16kWh external battery box containing 20 × 12V 9Ah maintenance-free VRLA batteries in a compact 3U rack enclosure. Designed for the PL31 FL 6.0k HC and 10.0k HC UPS systems, it provides the required ±120VDC battery supply for reliable backup operation.

Description

The APS-RTx PowerLine Flex PL31-BR20120FL provides a complete external battery solution for compatible PL31 PowerLine Flex 6kVA and 10kVA long-run UPS systems.

The battery pack contains 20 × 12V 9Ah maintenance-free VRLA batteries, factory arranged to provide the ±120VDC battery configuration required by the compatible UPS.

With approximately 2.16kWh of nominal battery energy, the PL31-BR20120FL provides stored energy for maintaining critical loads when utility power is unavailable. Actual UPS runtime depends on the connected load, battery condition, operating temperature and UPS efficiency.

Its compact 3U rack-mount design allows the battery pack to be installed alongside the UPS in standard server, communications and equipment racks, creating a clean and integrated backup-power installation.

The battery pack is particularly suitable for applications where the PL31 FL 6.0k HC or PL31 FL 10.0k HC is supplied as a long-run UPS without internal batteries.
