The APS-RTx PC33 FL 20.0K-E is a 20kVA / 20kW online double-conversion UPS with 3-phase input and output, PF1.0 performance and rack/tower flexibility. Designed for data centres, server rooms, telecommunications and critical infrastructure, it delivers high-efficiency power protection, zero transfer time and scalable parallel redundancy.

External Battery System – Choose Your Backup Time
The PC33 FL 20.0K-E needs an external battery pack to provide backup power during an outage. If you already have a compatible battery bank, you may reuse it. Otherwise, select PC33-BR40240FL battery packs based on how long you want your equipment to stay powered.

Description

The APS-RTx PowerCore Flex PC33 FL 20.0K-E is a high-performance 20kVA / 20kW three-phase online UPS designed to protect critical IT, communications and business infrastructure from power interruptions and poor power quality.

Using online double-conversion technology, the UPS continuously conditions incoming power before supplying the connected load, providing stable voltage and frequency together with zero transfer time from utility to battery operation.

With a 1.0 output power factor, the PC33 FL 20.0K-E delivers its full 20kW of usable active power, making it particularly suitable for modern servers, networking equipment and other high-density electronic loads.

Its three-level inverter topology improves conversion efficiency and reduces switching losses, delivering AC-mode efficiency of up to 95.5% while maintaining excellent output power quality.

The UPS uses a 3-phase input / 3-phase output architecture and supports 380V, 400V and 415V electrical systems commonly used in commercial and industrial facilities.

Despite its 20kW capacity, the system occupies only 3U of rack space and can be configured for rack or tower installation.

For applications requiring increased availability or future capacity expansion, compatible units can be operated in parallel to provide N+X redundancy or additional system capacity.

The PC33 FL 20.0K-E uses an external battery system, allowing battery capacity and backup duration to be engineered according to the requirements of each installation.

The OEM HPM3300E-RT platform specifies a 138–485VAC input range, ≥0.99 input PF, ≤3% THDi, ±1% output regulation and parallel redundancy for this series.

External Battery System

The PC33 FL 20.0K-E does not contain internal batteries.

An appropriate external battery bank is therefore required to provide backup power during utility failure.

The external battery architecture allows the system to be configured according to the required runtime, with battery capacity selected based on:
